Refund Policy

At Flink Publishing, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver quality publishing and writing services. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before work has started. Once a project has entered the research, writing, editing, design, or publishing phase, cancellation requests may not qualify for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if we are unable to deliver the agreed service or if the final work significantly differs from the approved project scope. We reserve the right to review all supporting information before processing any refund.

Revision Before Refund

Before issuing a refund, clients are encouraged to use the revision process. Our team will make reasonable revisions to ensure the final work meets the agreed requirements.

Partial Refunds

If a project has been partially completed, any approved refund will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed, resources used, and project progress.

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed writing, editing, formatting, and publishing services.
• Services delayed due to missing information or approvals from the client.
• Projects approved by the client before final delivery.
• Marketing or publishing services that have already been initiated.

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after work has started. Clients are encouraged to review their order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay project resolution and future services.
